Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead cash applications, deposit reconciliation, and 835/EFT workflows across DME and Pharmacy divisions. You will design scalable processes, partner with IT and Finance, and drive automation to improve posting accuracy and timely remittances.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle with strong expertise in ERA/EFT transactions, EDI remittance workflows, and deposit-to-post

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle with leadership of Cash Applications preferred.
• Understanding of EFT/deposit and 835 receipt, EDI routing/splitting, reconciliation and posting.
• Automation mindset with ability to drive solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy businesses with timely posting and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across bank deposits, EFTs, lockboxes and remittance files.
• Establish controls from deposit to 835 receipt and final posting; resolve missing or duplicate payments.
• Standardize reconciliation processes, SLAs, and reporting across businesses.
• Lead and develop Cash Applications teams across multiple businesses.
