Responsibilities

• Review and monitor accounts through Hospital Billing queues in Epic.
• Contact insurers to confirm payments or explain denials.
• Ensure claims are billed correctly and payments applied.
• Document actions in Epic notes and escalation when needed.
• Handle paper claims processing and payer rejections.
