Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management and PM, experience with Epic revenue cycle modules, and PMP

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management and project management; Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules and IT-driven solutions.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Preferred: Master's degree.
• 3 years managing technology related projects or consulting.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, payer requirements, denials management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with change management strategies and tools.
• Epic certifications or advanced training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination and delivery of UT Southwestern's Revenue Cycle Automation Program, serving as the primary liaison among operational leaders, internal developers, and external automation partners.
• Educate stakeholders on automation capabilities, clarify business needs and expected outcomes, and coordinate projects through an Agile/Scrum-based process.
• Maintain prioritized automation roadmap and ensure alignment between operational priorities and development work.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions across teams.
