Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NY is seeking a Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivables Manager to lead the AR team, oversee insurance and patient AR, and drive strategies to maximize cash collections and reduce aging.

This leadership role partners with the Revenue Cycle Director and cross-functional teams to resolve reimbursement issues, improve processes, and ensure compliant, timely AR activity across payer types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, or related field preferred.
• Progressive healthcare revenue cycle and management experience may substitute degree.
• Relevant revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AR operations, staffing, and assignments.
• Oversee insurance and patient AR to maximize collections.
• Monitor denial trends and develop resolution strategies.
• Track AR, collection, aging, denial, and productivity metrics.
• Improve AR workflows and standardize denial resolution processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal controls.
• Participate in leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
