Job summary

Midwest Vision Partners in Chicago seeks a Manager of Accounts Receivable to oversee AR across our PM systems, including insurance and self-pay, and manage debit/credit balances. You will lead a team to reduce DSO, improve net collections, ensure timely reimbursement, and enhance patient experience across locations.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/denials management, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel. Kronos, AllScripts, HST, Nextech, Payer Path, and Waystar experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in supervision or management related to Denials Management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Health Administration, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Set, formalize, and execute AR strategy with RCM leadership.
• Optimize collections and monitor AR behavior.
• Lead denial management with carriers to ensure payments per contract.
• Establish KPIs and drive improvements in patient experience and net collections.
• Develop staff and improve performance across AR activities.
