Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced Director of Finance Systems to lead Revenue Systems Engineering. You will own architecture, implementation, and optimization of Order-to-Cash systems as we scale globally, driving automation and integration across billing, sales, and finance.

You will mentor teams, design enterprise-grade integration patterns, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance while enabling rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing revenue systems in ERP ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to build scalable data pipelines and real-time integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue systems architecture for multi-entity operations and global subsidiaries.
• Design scalable data pipelines using DBT/SQL for high-volume transactions with low latency.
• Develop automated revenue recognition workflows aligning with ASC 606.
• Collaborate with accounting, billing, and product teams to standardize data flows.
• Establish testing frameworks for data transformations supporting SIT/audit.
