SCP Health seeks a Revenue Assurance Manager to lead both stateside and offshore teams, aligning reimbursement strategies with organizational goals. You will oversee the appeals lifecycle, drive recoveries, and partner with Compliance on SOX and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ experience in health care preferably in billing or appeals & denials.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine billing and/or Healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience in Managed Care and Payer auditing and reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage reimbursement variance, arbitration, and appeals teams (stateside and offshore).
• Oversee appeals lifecycle, including contracted and non-contracted cases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze audit results and present MORs with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Compliance on SOX and regulatory changes.
