Ascension Living is seeking a leader in Revenue Cycle to optimize denial management and appeals in a remote, nationwide setting. You will partner across functions to fix root-cause billing issues and maximize net revenue.

The role focuses on Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care billing with Medicare/Medicaid expertise, tracking KPIs and driving improvements across the denial lifecycle. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and billing.
• Experience with denial management and appeals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Direct denial management and appeal strategies to maximize revenue recovery.
• Prevent Denials: Analyze rejection trends and partner cross-functionally to fix root-cause billing issues.
• Specialized Payer Strategy: Apply deep Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care billing knowledge to resolve payer disputes.
• Track Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to improve denial rates, appeal success, and net revenue.
