Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a Revenue Assurance Manager to lead both stateside and offshore teams, aligning them with organizational goals and improving recoveries across payer activity, underpayment trends, and arbitration processes. This role partners with Leadership, Managed Care, Accounts Payable and Offshore teams to drive performance and compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience, 5 years in healthcare billing or appeals, and expertise in emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent health care work experience.
• 5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in billing or appeals & denials.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine billing and/or healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience in Managed Care, payer auditing, and reporting.
• Certification/licenses: none required.

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement variance, arbitration, and appeals teams (stateside and offshore).
• Oversee appeals lifecycle, including contracted, non-contracted, and downcoded appeals.
• Coordinate arbitration workflows between stateside and offshore teams.
• Analyze audit results and present KPIs in MORs.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Managed Care, Accounts Payable and Vendors to improve recoveries and efficiency.
