Qualifications

• Billing and invoicing processes, including invoicing accuracy and timelines.
• Accounts receivable support and documentation management.
• Audit and compliance support experience for billing.
• ERP or billing systems experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and timely in accordance with contractual requirements and billing schedules.
• Review and validate billing data, pricing information, service transactions, and supporting documentation prior to invoice submission.
• Track and monitor invoice status, billing activity, and processing timelines to ensure customer billing requirements are met.
• Verify revenue transactions and billing records to identify discrepancies or potential billing errors.
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions and customer inquiries with internal stakeholders.
