Job summary

Western Growers in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts. You will process both automated and manual transactions, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate vendor payments.

Role requires strong Excel skills and HIPAA/billing knowledge as applicable. The position reports to the Senior Supervisor, Administration Finance and involves coordinating with internal teams to manage account funding, COBRA/retiree

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process automated and manual financial transactions including billing and ACH.
• Balance and reconcile group and individual accounts receivable; manage delinquency processing.
• Manage vendor payments and invoicing; handle TPA claims processing and funding.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain SOPs; identify process improvements.
