Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst in the United States to own advanced revenue analysis and month-end controls supporting accurate invoicing, revenue application, and financial reporting. You will investigate revenue leakage, analyze variances, and mentor junior analysts across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, healthcare payment integrity, revenue cycle or related fields.
• Strong experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, invoice standards, financial and accounting best practices, inventory management, and healthcare claims processing.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; proficiency developing reports and insights in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to own multistep month-end controls and resolve complex discrepancies across client-supplied files and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end revenue validation controls and reconcile outputs, exceptions, adjustments, and close schedules.
• Investigate missed or misstated revenue using transactional data and contract terms; compare data sources for missed opportunities.
• Oversee reconciliation of client self-billing files, data transformation, loading, quality checks, and final invoice support.
• Review invoicing accuracy and contract alignment; resolve discrepancies, disputes, and fee paybacks; support inventory closure.
• Analyze period-over-period movement, inventory aging, throughput, and financial variances.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and communicate findings, impact, and corrective actions.
