Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to support accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and reporting for our Chicago office. You will interact with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate financial information and timely updates.

The role emphasizes reliability, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous accounting or finance exposure a plus; evenings or overtime eligibility noted.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in general accounting or finance.
• Strong customer and/or client service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Property management accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer support involving monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.
• Account maintenance and new account enrollment, utilizing a proprietary AR System.
• Greet customers and clients with a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude and try to assist in any way possible.
• Perform all job duties in compliance with LAZ Parking's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Creating and posting Daily Revenue Reports.
• Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
• Manage customer waiting list via online enrollment option.
• Perform all related tasks as assigned by supervisors/manager.
