Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Revenue Coordinator in Chicago to support the office and operations teams by ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves reviewing reports, maintaining accounts, and assisting with daily revenue processes.

You will engage with customers professionally, handle AR/AP tasks, and help keep financial documentation organized. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in general accounting or finance.
• Strong customer and/or client service experience.
• Property management accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer support involving monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.
• Account maintenance and new account enrollment using a proprietary AR System.
• Greet customers and clients with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and assist where possible.
• Process all duties in compliance with LAZ Parking SOPs.
• Create and post Daily Revenue Reports.
• Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
