Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Atlanta to support accounting and operations by ensuring accurate reporting of client financial information and providing exceptional service to customers.

You will handle monthly AR/AP, enroll new accounts, post daily revenue reports, respond to emails, and help manage enrollment while maintaining professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work standard business hours and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for locations involving monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.
• Enroll new accounts using a proprietary AR system.
• Greet customers with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude and assist in any way possible.
• Create and post Daily Revenue Reports.
• Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
• Manage customer waiting list via online enrollment option.
• Basic administrative duties.
• Follow any directives from location manager.
