Job summary

Extend, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Revenue Analytics to lead cross-functional initiatives that optimize revenue, build data-driven strategies, and embed AI into analytics workflows.

This fully remote role is within the continental US, enabling collaboration across Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering and Risk to drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data science or consulting, expert SQL and Python skills, strong communication, and an advanced

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with strong emphasis on breaking down business problems into data‑driven impact.
• Standout written and verbal communication skills who excels at sharing data insights to audiences of all backgrounds.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
• Excited about AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and eager to learn how that can help improve day-to-day efficiency.
• Intellectually curious and able to think beyond just the revenue organization for holistic impact.
• Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
• Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics or similar quantitative field.
• Candidates must be located within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Champion: Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity to drive revenue initiatives.
• Revenue Optimization: Identify strategies to maximize revenue and client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
• Data‑driven Insights: Improve quantitative analysis techniques and present insights to leadership.
• Data Infrastructure: Own, refine and improve data pipelines and tracking methodologies.
• Role Model: Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence.
• AI for Change: Embed AI into the Revenue Analytics workflow and experiment.
