Job summary

You will lead engagements with hospitals, perform analyses to identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. You will develop reports, support client adoption of Vizient offerings, and mentor teammates to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in hospital quality outcomes, finance, operations, or analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Vizient data preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customized engagements, projects, and analyses using Vizient data and tools.
• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
• Present findings to hospital leadership and organizational sponsors.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
• Ensure data reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs.
