Experience leading analytics operations teams.
Ability to set strategy and governance for analytics services.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product and Operations.

Responsibilities

Set operating strategy, governance, prioritization, and performance for analytics support and services.
Own resource deployment, capability development, utilization, and financial health of analytics delivery.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans for sustainable growth.
Oversee standard analytics deliverables, templates, and fee-for-service engagements.
Evolve analysts into portfolio-oriented advisors connecting data to value for members.
Lead automation and standardized methods to improve delivery efficiency.
Partner with member resources and cross-functional teams to align delivery with client needs.
