Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly analytical professional to drive commercial analytics, revenue optimization and KPI clarity. You will translate data into clear recommendations, lead analytics projects end-to-end, and influence cross-functional teams to improve conversion and customer experience.

You'll harness SQL, Python or R, Power BI and AI-driven insights to shape performance priorities and test-and-learn initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, BI, revenue optimization or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python or R capability.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboarding expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Customer operations or call centre analytics experience.
• Exposure to experimentation or AI-enabled solutions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion, revenue per call and operational efficiency
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations influencing commercial and operational decisions
• Lead analytical projects from insight to measurable business outcomes
• Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and customer experience
