Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics leader to set the global data strategy for enablement and performance measurement. You will own the intelligence roadmap and collaborate with data engineering to deliver outputs that drive adoption among senior stakeholders.

You will lead initiatives on seller-readiness, AI-driven assessments, and a unified measurement framework, translating insights into compelling narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Expert-level command of data management.
• Expert-level command of data visualization, including Tableau and Power BI.
• Expert-level command of relational databases and SQL.
• Exceptional ability to apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous, high-level business challenges.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong bias for action and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, precise results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and vision for how data defines, measures, and scales global enablement success.
• Own the performance and intelligence roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally with data engineering and development teams to execute outputs.
• Engage senior stakeholders and field business partners to drive alignment and adoption.
• Lead an initiative to scale and improve seller-readiness measurement through agentic assessments and advanced data modeling.
• Design AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors.
