Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to tackle complex marketing problems using internal CRM and external market data. You will build and deploy predictive models for attribution, customer lifetime value, churn forecasting, and trend analysis with Python and GCP Vertex AI.

Responsibilities include constructing optimized BigQuery queries, automating data pipelines, and creating self-serve dashboards in Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Mathematics
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Statistical and strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and data analysis techniques
• Programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with data tools such as Python, SAS or SQL preferred
• BigQuery experience
• Proven Generative AI work experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex marketing and consumer behavior problems using CRM, web and sales data
• Build, evaluate and deploy predictive models for attribution, LTV, churn forecasting and trend analysis
• Construct optimized BigQuery queries and manage complex datasets
• Cleanse, integrate and automate pipelines for disparate marketing data streams
• Build self-serve analytics dashboards in Tableau for cross-functional teams
• Guide marketing strategy and adoption of Gemini and generative AI
• Present findings through visualizations and recurring reports
• Conduct A/B tests and design experiments to validate hypotheses
