Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will lead the development of scalable, trusted data products for our revenue teams and help set the technical direction for the data layer, including semantic foundations for AI.

You will design and build durable data products powering revenue operations, reporting, and self-service, while mentoring analysts and collaborating with cross-functional partners across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics engineering or related technical analytics role.
• Strong SQL and dbt expertise.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Sigma/Tableau) and cloud warehouses (Snowflake).
• Knowledge of AI foundations in analytics and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives from definition through design and rollout.
• Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem.
• Design durable data products powering revenue reporting and self-service.
• Set technical direction for Revenue’s data layer, semantics, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale Revenue Analytics.
• Provide technical leadership to analysts and cross-functional partners.
