Job summary

Affirm is seeking an analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will turn ambiguous business problems into scalable data products, own data modeling, metrics, and governance, and set the technical direction for the Revenue data layer.

You will mentor analysts, lead cross-functional initiatives, apply AI tools in analytics workflows, and drive trusted reporting for revenue operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics engineering or related technical analytics role.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, data quality, documentation, and modern analytics engineering practices.
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and platforms like Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data product initiatives for Revenue from problem definition to design, implementation, rollout, and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives by identifying use cases and integrating AI into analytics workflows.
• Design and build durable, well-tested data products powering revenue operations and executive reporting.
