Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will lead scalable data products for affirm’s revenue teams and set the technical direction for the Revenue data layer.

You will mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise data quality and impact. The role focuses on building trusted data products for revenue operations, executive reporting, and external merchant reporting, with remote-first flexibility within the United

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or related analytics roles.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, and metrics design.
• Experience with Sigma/Looker/Tableau and Snowflake/Databricks in modern analytics environments.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects and guide stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and supporting revenue operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue from problem definition to rollout and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives by identifying use cases and ensuring semantic and metadata foundations.
• Design durable data products powering revenue operations, executive reporting, and merchant reporting.
• Set technical direction for Revenue’s data layer across dbt models, metrics, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to scale data architecture, tooling, and governance for efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners.
