Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Director of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead enterprise data products and BI initiatives. You will align data strategy with business goals, mentor senior teams, and drive scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, and IT. A strong cloud and BI background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, data architecture, and enterprise tech delivery.
• 5–7 years leading managers, technical leads, or analytics professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Own data/analytics roadmap with stakeholders and architecture teams.
• Lead design, build, and support of data pipelines, data products, and BI solutions.
• Drive modernization of analytics capabilities including cloud platforms and self-service analytics.
• Establish KPIs and health metrics for platforms and teams.
• Mentor and develop managers and individual contributors.
