Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or data analytics within a high-growth technology environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM administration and data governance, specifically within Salesforce and related revenue tech stacks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, dbt, or machine learning applications in a business operations context.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting infrastructure using tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and operational metrics
• Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, pipeline bottlenecks, and areas for revenue optimization
• Audit, clean, and maintain data integrity across CRM and enterprise systems including Salesforce and Snowflake
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for data engineering and systems teams
• Automate manual reporting and operational workflows to improve team efficiency and data accuracy
