Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior analytics and revenue operations leader to build a scalable analytics foundation for the Americas and Controls Solutions businesses. You will deliver executive-level insights and drive data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, partnering with Sales Operations and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading a small analytics team.
• Strong analytical skills with business context and problem solving.
• Experience with pipeline, performance, and revenue metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern BI tools (Sigma/Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
