Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Commercial organization with sales reporting, CRM administration, and analytics that drive revenue growth.

Based in Channelview, TX, you will ensure data integrity, prepare executive reports, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize processes and decision-making. This role reports to the Commercial Director and requires strong Excel and CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of Commercial reporting and ensure data quality and timely insights.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data for executive reports.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and pipeline accuracy across the organization.
• Conduct CRM audits and communicate deficiencies for timely resolution.
• Generate recurring CRM exception reports and key sales metrics.
• Develop and optimize Excel workbooks and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly reporting packages and materials for leadership teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new sales reps including CRM access.
• Protect confidential information and collaborate across functions.
