Job summary

TAS Environmental Services is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to drive data integrity and reporting for the Commercial team in the Channelview, TX area. You will own CRM data quality, build executive dashboards, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to inform revenue decisions.

You will analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance, maintain CRM processes, and deliver concise insights to Commercial Leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Two+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of Commercial reporting and data, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Compile and analyze sales performance data to produce executive-level reports.
• Maintain and oversee the CRM platform for pipeline accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct CRM audits and communicate deficiencies for resolution.
• Generate CRM exception reports and ensure data completeness.
• Build and optimize Excel workbooks with advanced formulas and Power Query.
• Identify trends to support strategic business decisions and revenue growth.
• Propose process improvements to reduce administrative burden.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics with leadership.
• Prepare weekly reporting packages for regional and executive leadership.
• Support marketing with campaign performance reporting and lead analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding for new Sales Representatives and CRM access.
• Maintain commercial commission QC and reporting.
