Due to a promotion, the iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world. After a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.

Located on Coronado Island, just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and features over 750 rooms (including cottages and villas), 65,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full Time

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to optimize revenue strategies and support financial profitability. This role involves identifying trends, evaluating market conditions, and assisting in data-driven pricing and inventory decisions to enhance guest service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Analysis:
2. Collect, process, and maintain revenue data across departments.
3. Analyze occupancy trends, booking pace, competitive performance, and market demand.
4. Create forecasts and identify revenue opportunities.
5. Reporting:
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports using hotel data systems (e.g., PMS, RMS, STR, Excel).
7. Monitor KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy) and provide insights.
8. Market Research & Monitoring:
9. Conduct rate and availability benchmarking.
10. Track competitor pricing and market trends for rate positioning.
11. Communication & Administrative Support:
12. Respond to inquiries related to revenue or reservations professionally and promptly.
13. Support the Revenue Management team administratively as needed.
