CrowdStrike Inc. seeks a Director of Revenue Technical Accounting to lead policy and technical assessments for evolving products and pricing. Drive ASC 606 compliance across SaaS and enterprise deals while partnering with Sales, Legal, Product, Pricing and Finance on new offerings.

Responsibilities include policy development, audit-ready memoranda and SOX controls, while mentoring a cross-functional team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ASC 606.
• Experience in public accounting or technical revenue leadership at a tech company.
• Strong understanding of subscription, usage-based and multi-element arrangements.
• Ability to research complex issues and document technical memoranda.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluation of ASC 606 for complex customer arrangements (SaaS, OEM, VAR).
• Assess revenue implications of AI offerings and new monetization models.
• Develop revenue policies, POBs, and contract acquisition cost guidance.
• Advise Sales, Legal on nonstandard terms and accounting implications.
• Partner with FP&A on ARR, NPAVC and GAAP revenue reporting.
