Toast seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Accounting to lead its global revenue accounting organization, ensuring accurate ASC 606 compliance and robust internal controls. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and FP&A to scale processes for a growing, public-company environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive accounting knowledge with SEC reporting experience.
• Experience leading large accounting organizations through significant growth and change.
• Proven ability to drive automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales and executives.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global revenue accounting, period-end close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee revenue streams, ASC 606 compliance, and SEC reporting support.
• Drive automation and internal-control improvements across revenue accounting.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Legal, Sales, and finance leaders on new products and contracts.
