Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Head of Revenue Accounting to lead and scale our revenue accounting function as we grow. You will own end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606 for subscriptions and usage-based contracts, build scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Legal, FP&A and Finance to ensure audit-ready controls.

Qualifications

• CPA required with 12+ years of progressive revenue accounting or controllership experience in a software/tech company.
• Hands-on ASC 606 expertise with subscription and usage-based revenue models.
• Experience leading and scaling a revenue accounting function, with audit-ready controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue accounting team, coaching and expanding the function.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition across subscription and usage-based arrangements.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close, revenue waterfall, deferred revenue, and reconciliations.
• Design and optimize the revenue systems stack (NetSuite ARM, CRM, billing, GL).
• Serve as primary owner of the revenue audit with external auditors.
