Qualifications

• Two years of accounting and/or billing experience
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting processes
• Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Administers accounting policies and processes per guidance
• Provides high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepares contract invoices with project managers and records cash receipts
• Monitors Accounts Receivable and supports collections activities
• Maintains revenue recognition in line with US GAAP and reconciles related accounts
• Prepares journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations
• Distributes regular financial reports to management and project teams
• Assists Controller and leadership with special projects and due diligence
