Job summary

Whitman College is seeking a Reunions Assistant III for the Whittie Kids Team to support Reunion Weekend activities for ages 7–14. The role involves engaging participants, coordinating snacks and activities, and working under the Whittie Kids Team Lead and Alumni Relations staff.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• First-aid/CPR training strongly preferred.
• Experience in youth programming preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and a first-year student enrolled at Whitman College.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Reunion Assistants to prepare snacks, manage activities and engage with Whittie Kids participants.
• Collaborate with students, parents, faculty/staff and facility managers.
