Job summary

Electronic Express in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our on-site operations team. You will handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, and packing duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency with pallet jacks, forklifts, and POS data entry is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in shipping and receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with case picking, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lb and operating material handling equipment safely.
• Proficiency in entering data in the POS system.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment.
• Examine stock for wear or defects and coordinate merchandise returns.
• Organize workspace for safety and orderliness at all times.
• Follow shipping/receiving protocols and maintain accurate system data.
• Prepare parcels and orders for mailing with correct packing and labeling.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile with data to maintain levels.
• Record inventory transfers, disposals and data entry tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with staff to address stock and inventory adjustments.
• Support implementation of policies to improve efficiency and customer service.
