Job summary

Baltic Born is seeking a Returns Specialist to join our team in Lehi, UT. You will inspect and process product returns in a fast-paced environment, repackage merchandise for resale, and handle refunds or store credits through our returns platform.

Additionally, you will support customers in-person at our warehouse store front one day per week, greet shoppers, assist with online order pickups, and help customers with product try-ons, while maintaining a friendly, organized, customer-first

Qualifications

• 6-12 month of prior returns or similar warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets, downloads).
• Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocols.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unpack returned merchandise, inspect the condition and assess return paperwork.
• Package inspected merchandise in alignment with company standards.
• Report any issues to team lead/supervisor.
• Data entry into a tablet device once a week.
• Issue refunds or store credit, and restock product through return platform.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
• During high volume periods, provide support to fulfilment and receiving departments.
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals.
