A growing eCommerce company in Michigan is seeking a Returns Processing & Product Prep Associate to join their warehouse team. Responsibilities include sorting inbound returns, prepping items for resale, and ensuring accuracy in processing. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize inbound returns.
• Review the quality and condition of customer returns.
• Prep customer returns for resale, including re-boxing.
• Manage reimbursement claims with e-commerce platforms.
• Upload returns to inventory using listing tool software.
• Upload returns to our inventory using listing tool software (training provided).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize inbound returns.
• Review customer returns are quality, condition and product details before processing returns.
• Prep customer returns to be resold. This includes, re-boxing, poly bagging, some cleaning etc.
• Manage reimbursement claims with e-commerce platforms on behalf of the company following our SOPs and TOS.
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment.
• Upload returns to our inventory using listing tool software (training provided).
