Qualifications

• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound customer & vendor returns.
• Log RMA numbers, tracking info, item details.
• Inspect products for re-sellable, repairable, or retirement status.
• Snap clear, detailed photos for claims & documentation.
• Assign skid numbers and bin locations in the warehouse.
• Keep inventory counts accurate.
• Process Return to Stock transfers and manage red-tag items.
• Stay on top of RMA emails and submissions.
• Repack, rebox, restack to be warehouse-ready.
• Keep workspace clean, safe and organized.
