Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in an ECommerce distribution facility.
• 1-2 years of decision-making and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incomplete orders for same-day shipment.
• Match order forms with invoices and record information.
• Execute inventory transfers.
• Enter Workfront tickets and monitor dashboards.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Investigate customer service issues through processing stages with internal partners.
• Process order modifications and adjust shipment level requests.
• Research inventory discrepancies and related country of origin data.
