Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Returns Specialist in Worthington, OH to process depot and sales returns from internal and external customers. You will support receiving, consolidation, packing, shipment processing, inspection, and disassembly of returned products to ensure timely handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, packing, and shipping duties for depot, sales, tech, and intercompany returns.
• Receive, inspect, disassemble, and repack products using SAP ECC and CRM daily.
• Communicate regularly with depot technicians, warehouse staff, and returns associates.
• Complete accurate records in a timely manner.
