Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is hiring a Returns Specialist to process depot and sales returns, overseeing receiving, packing, shipping, and inspection of returned products. You will use SAP ECC and CRM daily and coordinate with depot technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work at our Worthington, OH facility, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, while supporting ISO compliance and inventory

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Returns Specialist is responsible for processing depot and sales returns sent to AM Hub from internal and external customers. This role supports the receiving, consolidation, packing, shipment processing, inspection, and disassembly of returned products to ensure accurate and timely handling of all returns. Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating receiving, packing, and shipping duties for depot, sales, tech, and intercompany returns
• Receiving, inspecting, disassembling, and repacking products
  Using SAP ECC and CRM on a daily basis
• Communicating regularly with depot technicians, warehouse staff, and returns associates
• Completing accurate records in a timely manner
• Using technical manuals, work instructions, customer information, and calibration procedures
• Complying with ISO standards and maintaining proper parts inventory levels
• Performing other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Extremely detail and process oriented.
• Ability to communicate written and verbally.
• Ability to work in Worthington, OH, Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm.
