Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is hiring a Returns Specialist to process depot and sales returns, overseeing receiving, packing, shipping, and inspection of returned products. You will use SAP ECC and CRM daily and coordinate with depot technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work at our Worthington, OH facility, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, while supporting ISO compliance and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extremely detail- and process-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work at Worthington, OH, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, packing, and shipping for depot, sales, tech, and intercompany returns.
• Receive, inspect, disassemble, and repack products; use SAP ECC and CRM daily.
• Communicate with depot technicians, warehouse staff, and returns associates.
• Complete accurate records in a timely manner.
• Follow technical manuals, work instructions, and calibration procedures; maintain ISO standards and inventory levels.
