Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Returns Representative for our New Berlin, WI distribution center. The role focuses on processing customer, technician, and branch returns with accuracy and efficiency, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper disposition and documentation.

Candidates should have basic warehousing experience and a high school diploma. This is a fully on-site position with standard hours and opportunities to support multiple departments in maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic warehousing operations is preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer, technician, and branch overstock returns accurately and efficiently.
• Move returned merchandise using hand pallet jack or cart.
• Determine disposition of returns to maximize ROI and handle hazardous materials as needed.
• Research customer accounts and credit information across multiple computer systems.
• Pack and document products being returned to vendors for credit or replacement.
• Maintain records and interface professionally with internal departments.
• Obtain return authorizations (RAs) via phone/email from partners.
• Create and manage monthly inventory transfers between core DCs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
