Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an associate to process customer returns, move merchandise with a hand pallet jack, and determine disposition for returned products including hazardous materials. You will research customer accounts and credit information and assist in restocking and refunds as needed.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to company policies and WorldWide Business Standards, and participation in special projects. Flexible work arrangements may apply based on department needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing operations and returns preferred.
• Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.
• Strong reading, writing, math and computer skills; detail oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns, including handling hazardous materials, using a pallet jack to move merchandise.
• Determine disposition of returned products and restock as appropriate.
• Research customer accounts and credit information in the computer system.
• Return items to customers as required and participate in special projects.
• Adhere to company policies and WorldWide Business Standards; maintain quality and productivity.
