Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Returns Representative for a fully on-site role at our New Berlin, WI distribution center. You will manage customer, technician, branch, and vendor returns, verify product details, and document dispositions with accuracy.

The position demands strong computer skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM CST after training, with a base salary range shown

Qualifications

• Experience with basic warehousing operations preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product codes, serial numbers and lots.

Responsibilities

• Process various returns accurately and efficiently per guidelines.
• Move returned items within the department using hand pallet jack or cart.
• Determine disposition of returns to maximize ROI and handle hazardous materials when needed.
• Research customer accounts and credit information across systems.
• Pack, document, and process returns to vendors for credit or replacement.
• Maintain records and communicate with internal departments and partners.
• Obtain return authorizations (RAs) via calls and emails.
• Maintain shared and personal tracking spreadsheets with team members.
• Provide regular reporting on product and vendor-related information.
