Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in returns / quality control / inspections.
• Able to individually lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs frequently.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in using smartphones for daily tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and repair returned kitchen appliances.
• Assist in the consolidation and storing process of received products.
• Receive return merchandise from carriers.
• Distribute returned items to proper locations.
• Take detailed damage pictures and enter notes.
• Identify and report quality issues to vendors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
