Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Store Returns Processor in Memphis to verify discrepancies on inbound shipments and process returns according to store paperwork. You will unpack items, inspect packaging and classify them for proper disposition.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work first shift with no weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify discrepancies with inbound shipments using IRMS and a store packaging list.
• Unpack returned merchandise, inspect packing condition and ensure return paperwork matches procedures.
• Distribute returned items to correct locations based on value, condition, and type of return.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and assist with manual handling as needed.
