Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and organize returned-to-sender parcels.
• Produce shipping labels for outgoing packages.
• Provide feedback and help create improved returns procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and promote customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and use computer tools.
