Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic returns operations within our Returns Center, directing a team of Area and Operations Managers. You will drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency while scaling best practices across reverse logistics and analytics-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include mentoring leaders, optimizing workflows, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to plan labor and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of operations leadership with 4+ years managing salaried leaders.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Area Managers and Operations Managers.
• Oversee Returns Warehouse operations and ensure targets for speed, accuracy, and customer resolution.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to plan labor and policy changes.
• Align team execution with organizational goals and growth initiatives.
